Refund Policy
At Teestylestudio LLC we stand behind every tumbler and apparel item we ship. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
When you are entitled to a refund
- The item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
- The parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.
- You cancel an order that has not yet entered production (see our Cancellation Policy).
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- For damaged or incorrect items, clear photos of the product and the packaging.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional few days to post the credit to your statement.
Non-refundable situations
Because our tumblers and apparel are printed to order, we cannot refund items simply because you changed your mind. Personalized or made-to-order items with custom text or artwork are final sale, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
