Cancellation Policy
Because our tumblers and apparel are printed on demand, we start production shortly after an order is placed. The cancellation window is therefore short.
When you can cancel
- You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as production has not yet started.
- In practice this means you have roughly 6 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation.
When you cannot cancel
- Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the item has already been printed for you.
- If you no longer want the item once it arrives, please see our Returns Policy.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] with your order number and the word “CANCEL” in the subject line. We will confirm by email within one business day whether the cancellation was in time.
Refund of a cancelled order
Successful cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
