Returns Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return request. Requests made after 30 days will not be processed.
How to return an item
- Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our support team will confirm whether to ship the item back or simply dispose of it (for small or low-value items we often skip the return).
- If a return is required, we will send you a returns authorization with the correct shipping address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5 working days.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed where applicable. Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or washing outside the care instructions cannot be accepted.
Shipping costs on returns
If the return is due to a fault on our side, we will cover the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
